Luwuk, South Sulawesi, May 22, 2023: Ailesh conducted a kick-off meeting for the environmental compliance project with PT Panca Amara Utama, one of the largest ammonia producers worldwide. This meeting marked the beginning of a project on covering environmental improvement and data integration service. PAU, represented by Mr. Agus as HSE Manager, led the meeting with the agenda of delivering a team introduction, project scope, goal, timeline, and communication plan.
The project goals were highlighted and the project director, Mr. Cahaya Prautama explained the roles and responsibilities of each PIC and how they intended that the project team might interact. The main goal of the meeting was to clarify the expectations of each party and provide a project overview that would allow the full expectation of PAU’s management on achieving GREEN PROPER and fulfill the environmental sustainability target.
Ailesh covers the area of environmental compliance in order to maintain the score of PROPER by focusing on innovation, evaluation, and environmental data management for 7 aspects: Biodiversity, Community Development, Energy efficiency & Emission reduction, waste management, Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), water audit, environmental management system. Ailesh is not only conducting documentation and preparation but also offering improvement for the environment with some approaches.
In addition, the meeting also resulted that Ailesh will provide full environmental service through a spirit of sync Sustainability as the target of 2023.
At the end of the session, Mr. Cahaya invited all the members to push the embracing life cycle thinking and spirit beyond compliance.
